Ecosys - Fully-coupled ecosystem model - our lab's workhorse for plot, hillslope, and regional scale coupling of above- and belowground ecosystems & the carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus & water cycles (new version, EcoSIM, currently in development at LBNL). 

HAN-SoMo - coarse-resolution nitrogen cycling model developed to link terrestrial hydrology and biogeochemistry with watershed nitrogen exports. 

Micro-TraitCN - Microbial trait-based model for exploring microbial trait-based cycling of nitrogen (e.g., nitrification, denitrification, anammox), and coupling to the carbon cycle.
